Abstract

|
icity against 49 donor lymphocytes and the specificity was found to be anti-HLA-B44.
The neonate's platelet count remained below 50,000/uL until 26th day. One unit of platelet concentrate was prepared from the mother and was washed, transfused on day 26. The platelet count rose upto 131,000/uL after platelet transfusion but
slowly
deceased to 50,000/uL until 38th day. Platelet count began to rise spontaneously after the day 40 and the patient discharged at the day of 44th with a platelet count of 101,000/uL.
